Everything is natural which means it’s better for your entire body.
3. Exercise â Getting plenty of exercise is important to stay healthy and also to protect the planet. You should walk or ride your bike everywhere you possibly can. Many people are becoming fat simply because we are used to sitting around and not doing much all day. Few people need to walk or do anything anymore.
