In this case all parts involved are acting like idiots.
I consider it equivalent to buying a restored classic car, as opposed to buying a project car and doing the restoration yourself. Exchanging a monetary investment for a time investment, and taking your polished machine straight to the race track (enjoying the endgame)!

its a 33 dollar over draft fee, so in total its no more then 99$. and she had given permission for one of thoes drafts. and i believe only the 400 dollar purchase was overdrafted, so thats 33 overdraft and 33 for the 19.95. and the reinstatement fee cant be more then 15$. so she had lost maybe 100$ give or take. her refusal to return the 400, or atleast 300 puts her down characteristically to judy, therefore judy said “fuck you, you dont even get rewmbursted for the fee’s”

The $400 was for the $399 purchase that the son admitted to making, so that has to be returned as they weren’t actually charged for it. The overdraft came as a result of a purchase that D can’t prove that P made, so the overdraft fees can’t be blamed on P.
The other kid who gave out his mothers card infos is fckin retarded…why couldn’t he himself made a paypal account and make the purchase for his friend rather than giving him all the informations….

I dont understand the verdict… D said they had over $500 in overdraft fees and provided evidence; P had given them $400; the next thing that happened was JJ told D they had to return the $400 to P. What am I missing here? Someone please clear this up for me.
